"Congratulations to the boys for winning this meet for the 2nd year in a row. I was proud of the way they put themselves up in the race early on then competed hard. If we continue to improve and stay healthy, we should be able to compete at a high level.
Our girls seemed a bit sluggish. We had a tough workout Tuesday and maybe they were tired from that. We need to try to develop some consistency and in some cases need to run with more confidence. It was a very tough field so finishing in the middle of the pack is respectable.
Our JV boys won their race also and the JV girls were 2nd so overall we had a good showing. " - Coach Mick
